Our commitment to service and supporting vulnerable neighbors stems from our belief in building a compassionate and supportive environment. We embrace diverse viewpoints, recognizing that our faith journey is ever-evolving and that we must remain relevant to meet the needs of our community.

Leadership

In an Episcopal church, the vestry serves as a group of elected lay members responsible for assisting the parish priest in the governance and administration of the congregation. They typically oversee financial matters, make decisions on property management, and collaborate on important church policies and initiatives. The vestry acts as a vital link between the clergy and the congregation, working together to support the church's mission, ensure smooth operation, and foster a sense of community within the parish.

Our goal at Saint Mark’s is to make our worship simple and holy, lively, and engaging. We invite you to join us, wherever you may be along your own journey of faith. We hope you will feel at ease during worship and can experience the service in an open-hearted, open-minded way. We invite you to participate to whatever degree you can or desire. It is more important to us that you decide for yourself what you find spiritually meaningful and physically comfortable to participate as fully as you desire.

Visit Us

We are always delighted to welcome visitors to our Sunday worship. But what should you expect?

First, if you are driving, be prepared to find a parking spot either on Main Street or along Clinton Street which forms a corner off Main Street by the church. We do not use the Presbyterian Church parking lot on Sundays, though we have permission to use it during the week. There is also…
